The Pala Band of Mission Indians said the casino will open - in a limited capacity - to the public on Friday, May 22, at 10 a.m. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Pala Casino Spa & Resort is scheduled to reopen at the end of the week, it was announced Wednesday.
